Brianne DiFalco, Family Nurse Practitioner

Brianne (Bri) DiFalco, MSN, FNP-BC is a Family Nurse Practitioner, originally from Menlo Park, CA, she moved up to Oregon to pursue nursing at University of Portland. She worked as a nurse in employee health until she decided to make the move into becoming a Nurse Practitioner, attending Simmons University during the COVID-19 pandemic. She is excited to be a part of the team in Portland and partner with patients to help them achieve their best version of health and wellness! 

In her free time she loves to spend time with friends and family and her two cats Chip and Jasper!
